Customer – A person who visits the Website who was referred by an Affiliate
Affiliate – A person or entity that enters into an agreement with the Company to refer Customers to the Website
Referral – Use of a hyperlink from a website or email of Affiliate which directs a Customer to the Website
Purchase – A product sale to a Customer on the Website which resulted from the Referral by Affiliate
Net Purchase Price – The total amount of a Purchase less any sales tax or shipping expense associated with the sale
Referral Fee – Fee paid by Company to an Affiliate in connection with a Purchase
Account Email – Affiliate’s email account for purposes of receiving correspondence from the Company
Payment Email – Affiliate’s email associated with receiving information concerning Referral Fee payments from the Company
Website URL – Affiliate’s website which will contain a hyperlink to the Website of the Company
“How You Will Promote Us” – Statement of how and when Affiliate plans to refer Customers to the Website
Page URL – Specific page within the Website which Affiliate can designate to generate a Referral URL which Affiliate will place in Affiliate’s website
Referral URL – URL which Affiliate uses on Affiliate’s website to refer Customers to Website and which links Purchases to Affiliate’s referral account
Campaign Name (Optional) – Optional name an Affiliate can give to a particular Referral URL if more than one is to be generated for use

By accessing or using any part of the Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, and you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. SECTION 3 – TRACKING REFERRALS & PURCHASES
The Website tracks Referrals of Customers from an Affiliate, and by logging into the Affiliate Area of the Website, an Affiliate can view Affiliate’s historical Referral activity and associated Referral Fees earned.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION TO AFFILIATE
Affiliate will receive a Referral Fee for each Purchase which resulted from the Referral of a Customer to the Website. Referral Fees are typically paid every two weeks. To facilitate the swift and secure payment of Referral Fees earned, an Affiliate registers either a bank account or a debit card in the Affiliate Area of our Website.
